REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. TLP.CLUB does not offer refunds once payment has been confirmed. Due to the digital nature of the service, including live session access, recorded content, and private group membership, no refund requests will be entertained after payment is processed. Please review all program details carefully before purchasing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any TLP.CLUB mentorship program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrollment.

2. Program Access

Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive access to:

• The private Telegram group

• Daily live Zoom session links

• In-app session recordings

• Any additional add-ons included in your chosen plan

Access is granted to the registered individual only and is non-transferable.

3. Program Duration

The mentorship runs for 15 consecutive days from the program start date. Access to session recordings within the app will be available for the duration of the program. TLP.CLUB reserves the right to adjust session timings with prior notice.

4. Payment

All payments are accepted in cryptocurrency only. Payments are final and irreversible by nature of blockchain transactions. TLP.CLUB is not responsible for any errors made during the payment process, including incorrect wallet addresses or overpayments.

5. Seat Availability

Each cohort is strictly limited to 25 seats. A seat is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. TLP.CLUB reserves the right to close enrollment at any time once capacity is reached.

6. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain respectful conduct within the Telegram group and during live Zoom sessions. TLP.CLUB reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior without any refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content shared during the mentorship, including live sessions, recordings, strategies, and materials, is the intellectual property of TLP.CLUB. Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer

Trading in financial markets involves significant risk. The content delivered through TLP.CLUB mentorship programs is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. TLP.CLUB and its mentors are not responsible for any financial decisions made by participants based on program content.

9. Limitation of Liability

TLP.CLUB shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from participation in the program, reliance on program content, or technical issues affecting access to sessions or recordings.

10. Changes to Terms

TLP.CLUB reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
